Guy Builds A Star Trek Phaser? (Maybe.)

This guy supposely (I repeat SUPPOSEDLY!) built a “real” hand phaser. One theory says that he pulled the laser from a BluRay machine, and replaced the toy phasers LED light. I DO hope that he really did it. But, it is probably a hoax!
